SAP Norway are holding another of their popular SAP Enterprise Support Days on June 7th at their premises in Lysaker.

This is a packed, half-day program and SAP will share the latest on:

  • Next Generation Enterprise Support, where SAP is aligning support with the way people actually work by providing an intuitive, contextual, self-service approach with real-time interaction through expert chats or schedule an expert to provide access to SAP’s own experts.
  • Value Experience Tools, which will show you how to quickly and easily access an SAP Interactive Report based on your current ERP usage. The report provides custom recommendations for areas with relevant SAP innovations, business process improvement potential, SAP ERP core IT optimization proposals, and a comparison with other companies in your industry
  • SAP Enterprise Support (ES) Academy, which is now incorporated in the SAP Learning Hub. You will learn how to use the ES Academy portfolio of approx. 1400 trainings included in your Enterprise Support agreement.
  • How customers can use Enterprise Support Advisory Council to build solutions within Innovation topics, and and influence SAP's Support offerings, free of charge. For 2018, the topics are: SAP Cloud Solution, Integration, SAP S/4 Hana Cloud & on premise, Digital Innovation

In addition, one of SAP’s customers, Coop Norway, will share with you how they are proactively using SAP Solution Manager for BPM, Test Suite with Focus build Test step add on and for Solution Documentation.
